1. Training
7.2 Training records were not available for specific production process instructions.
7.2 Training Requirements (Needs) are not clearly recorded for production process instructions.
7.2 Training for specific production process instructions are assigned to a group of employees, however, during interviews it was found that not all employees had this training, and may not need this training as they do not perform this process work.
7.2 (7.1.2) Customer requirement for validation of training for specific processes not completed. There appears to be a misunderstanding of internal requirements and specific customer requirements.
7.2 Training sign in sheet did not include the date of training to support statements in a specific customer corrective action.
2. Property
8.5.3 Property Belonging to Customers Production Tooling Maintenance inspection schedule in shows a significant number of scheduled inspections past due.
3. Internal Audits
9.2 The Internal Audits scheduled for 2024 were not completed. Process X,Y, and Z audits were not completed.
4. Open Findings
9.2 Several open findings from previous internal audits were observed in the reports, but it could not be determined at the time of the audit if the findings were closed.
