As a Sr. Project Manager, Eula C. Gaddis has implemented Lean Projects, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 13485, AS 9100 and ISO 14001.  Eula has a deep understanding of the automotive and manufacturing fields that ensures effective implementation and training.

Before joining MSG, Gaddis was a senior level project manager at Entela, Inc., the world’s leading automotive and manufacturing registrar, where he conducted more than 400 third-party audits of ISO 9001 and QS 9000 compliance. Gaddis also served in new business development and as a public trainer at Entela, and he taught classes in core tools used in manufacturing, such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and PPAP and ISO/TS 16949. As a public trainer, Gaddis developed, coordinated, and conducted public training for ISO/QS 9000 and the Tooling and Equipment Supplement.

Prior to joining Entela, Gaddis conducted training as a self-employed consultant in quality and project management for the automotive, medical device, and furniture industries.

In addition to auditing experience, Gaddis has extensive training in kaizen, process mapping, setup reduction, waste reduction, benchmarking, and other continuous improvement methods.  

A member of the American Society of Quality, Gaddis is a certified ISO/TS 16949, 2002 Qualified Auditor, QS 9000 Third Party Auditor, and ISO 9001 Third Party Lead Auditor, as well as being qualified to audit ISO 13485 and AS 9100.
